"Being in a band that's lasted for over two decades, I've learned that getting to play a proper UK festival in the summertime is one of the great pleasures I am afforded. To be around all the other artists, watching how other bands and performers get ready for a show, getting to know them as people...and then to watch their sets, it's just so much fun for me and everyone else in the band. Electric Six has always been suited for later in the day at a festival when the crowd is nice and loose and not looking to do a lot of thinking. We're gonna guarantee you a good time at 2000 Trees. And I am very much looking forward to doing an acoustic set earlier in the day....you might not realize I have a tender, soggy, emotional side...but I very much do. Come to my acoustic set and let me blubber all over you."
